RETURN / CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an order is placed, our team starts working on it immediately – hence we have a no cancellation policy.

Returns & Exchange Policy

  • Products once purchased cannot be returned and refunded.
  • We take utmost care in making sure you receive our products in its optimal state. However, if you feel your order has been damaged during transit, please e-mail us within 48 hours of receiving the order on orders@nirmalskinshoppe.com (attach pictures). We will replace your order once the damage is reviewed, if it was from our side.
  • Any other reasons for return or exchange would be handles on a case to case basis.


Following shall NOT be eligible for return or replacement

  • Damages due to misuse of product
  • Any item which has been used
  • Products with tampered or missing seal
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered
  • Orders dropped at your location but not received by you.
